Direct Ordering Website
We have been building a direct ordering website with Virteom recently that we really are working hard to finish in 2021. This would be a great benefit to our customers as it would allow them to order their printed products online.
Better Communication Systems
We are adding new CRM and MIS systems to better manage the customer experience and improve the communication process.
Automated Quoting System
We are also hoping to get a quoting program to help get our quotes out quicker.
Investing in New Machines
We would also like to invest in a few new machines to improve our quality and ease of processing requests!
